What’s happening at Cumbernauld Trinity?
Next Sunday’s Worship
Our morning worship service on Sunday 26th April will take place in the Village church in Baronhill at 11.00am, and our Cafe Church will follow at 2.30pm in Freedom City Church. Both services will be led by Rev James Gemmell and everyone is welcome.
At the morning service, we will share the in the Blessing of Sidney Terri Nixon, with her family and friends.
We will also have our monthly Fairtrade stall with teas and coffees served in the Church after our service and an opportunity to buy your Fairtrade essentials.
Vestry Time
The minister will be available every Wednesday from 10.00am until 12 noon in the Session House at the Village church (unless otherwise intimated). Everyone is welcome to pop in to speak to him or just to say hello.
Care for a Cuppa
Everyone is welcome at Care for a Cuppa every Thursday from 10.30 - 12.30 in the Session House at Cumbernauld Trinity in the Village.
For those in need, food bags will still be available as before, but we hope some visitors will feel able to simply join us for a cuppa and a chat.
Ladies’ Circle
Cumbernauld Trinity Church Ladies’ Circle will commence this year’s session on Monday 27th April. The meetings will take place every second Monday from April to September at Muirfield Community Centre, starting at 7pm. The programme this year has visiting speakers, musical nights, charity talks, home nights, outings and a regular supply of tea, coffee, cakes, and fellowship. The session will end in September with a closing dinner. All are welcome to come along and enjoy good company.
The following events are planned for April and May 2026 –
Monday April 27th: Musical evening in the company of Siobhan Argyle;
Monday May 11th: Talk by Dr Francis (Frank) Dunn, Heart Surgeon;
Monday May 25th: Musical evening in the company of the Harmony Ladies.
