Christian Aid Week update

Christian Aid Week 2026 is now over officially but there is still time to hand in donations and your completed quiz sheets.

• the Red Buckets for Christian Aid will remain in the Village church until the end of the month;

• Sunday 24th May will be the closing date for the quiz and those people with all-correct answers will be announced on 31st May;

• All coloured-in elephants should be handed in by Sunday 24th May, and the ‘how-many-words’ quiz should also be handed in by the 24th;

• We’ll post the correct answers for the quiz on the church website and also pin them on the notice board at the Village church, on or around 31st May;

• On Saturday 30th May we’ll be having our Trinity / Christian Aid walk – starting at 2pm from the St Mungo’s site, we’ll walk via Cumbernauld Glen to the Village, where we will have a social stop;

• On Saturday 6th June, one of our members, Ainsley, is doing a walk around Cumbrae for Christian Aid. She has set up a JustGiving Page, so please sponsor here at https://www.justgiving.com/page/ainsley-jane-lowrie-4
