What’s happening at Cumbernauld Trinity?
Next Sunday’s Worship
Our morning worship service on Sunday 18th October will take place at 11.00am in the Village church, Baronhill, and will be led by Ivar Struthers.
Our Cafe Church service will be at 2.30pm in Freedom City Church, St Mungo’s Road, and that will be led by the Cafe Church Team.
Our morning service will be preceded by a short time of prayer from 10.30am until 10.45am in the Laird's Loft, upstairs at the Village church.
Please note that Rev James Gemmell will be on annual leave from Monday 5th to Monday 19th October, so there won’t be any ‘Vestry Time’ during that period. It is expected to resume on Wednesday 21st October.
Please contact the Session Clerk in the first instance if you require the service of a minister.
Care for a Cuppa
Everyone is welcome at Care for a Cuppa every Thursday from 10.30 - 12.30 in the Session House at Cumbernauld Trinity in the Village.
For those in need, food bags will still be available as before, but we hope some visitors will feel able to simply join us for a cuppa and a chat.
Pastoral Care
Our Pastoral Care group is now up and running, so if anyone wants a visit or hasn’t seen a member of our congregation in a while, please speak to the Pastoral Care group for follow-up. The group members are Janice Gordon, Jennifer Mearns, Nan McCabe, Annette Campbell, Christine Johnstone, Liz Dalling, Sandra Graham, and James Gemmell. The pastoral care group will work alongside the Elders districts, which will be phased out over time.

Harvest Treasure Hunt
The Reaching Out group has organised a Harvest Treasure Hunt for Saturday 24th October starting and finishing at the Village church between 11am and 1pm. Entry is by donation of a tin for the local food bank.
There will be Fairtrade teas / coffees and home-baking available at the church while people are waiting to set off or when they return. Each completed answer sheet will be entered into a free draw for some Fairtrade goodies. This event is suitable for all ages.
